Nina Ricci has launched L'Air du Temps Collection Lumière, with three limited edition fragrances. L'Air du Temps L'Aube (above left) and L'Air du Temps Le Crépuscule (above right) are flankers to 1948's L'Air du Temps; both were developed by perfumer Calice Becker. L'Air du Temps Le Zénith (above center) is the original fragrance in a collector bottle.
L'Air du Temps L'Aube ~ "This amber floral is composed of a feminine and powdery bouquet. In its heart white damascus rose petals unfurl while carnation is spiced by iris extract and hints of amber. A sensual trail, a plural sense that unfolds on the skin just as dawn ascends towards the heat of the sun. 7.59 am - Dawn in its absolute nudity, as if unveiled for the very first time." In 100 ml Eau de Parfum, €250.
L'Air du Temps Le Crépuscule ~ "In an unexpected embrace, carnation mingles with the mirabilis jalapa, a flower that opens when the last rays of sun disappear and blossoms throughout the night. The diffuse aroma of salicylate, evoking river water, merges into the enveloping notes of vanilla bean and the radiance of ylang-ylang. A highly intense and feminine blend, an opulent and sensual blossom. 6.14 pm - The day breaks away leaving a mysterious dusk." In 100 ml Eau de Parfum, €250.
L'Air du Temps Le Zénith ~ "The refined and sensual spirals of the Lalique crystal are embraced by white-feathered and hand-painted golden doves. An exceptional bottle in a numbered edition, Le Zénith pays tribute to the original mythical fragrance born in 1948. L’Air du Temps was already a revolutionary composition at the time and still remains so today. Sunny and radiant. It is the first in the family of spicy florals in the history of perfumery by Francis Fabron. A legendary perfume since its birth." In 45 ml Eau de Parfum, €1650.

Still one of the loveliest bottles of all time. I particularly like it in the dark blue!
Agree, it’s lovely in blue!
“Plural sense” of nude dawn? One can only hope it lost something in translation.
Ha — one can hope.
Lovely blue bottle! I’d love to smell the Le Crépuscule. Do you know where it will be available to sample?
I don’t know, and don’t know where you are but would be surprised if these were coming to the US (and they aren’t shown on the US website).
Calice Becker fragrances in beautiful bottles! Santa, I’ve been VERY good this year! 😉
