Dolce & Gabbana will launch The One Desire, a new fragrance for “the woman who wants to feel unique, beautiful and sensual”, in January. The One Desire is a flanker to 2006′s The One, and like that scent will be fronted by actress Scarlett Johansson. It follows 2008′s L’Eau The One and 2009′s Rose The One.
The One Desire features notes of bergamot, mandarin, lychee, lily of the valley, tuberose, caramel-infused vanilla, sandalwood and musk.
Dolce & Gabbana The One Desire will be available in 30, 50 and 75 ml Eau de Parfum, and will be priced slightly higher ($79-$112) than the previous fragrances in this series. Expect to see it in the US next spring.

If it’s well done, I don’t mind a bit of caramel. But did not care for The One at all, so not terribly excited about this. We shall see!

Yessss! I can’t freakin’ WAIT! Why do we have to wait so long for US to get it??
You know, what it actually says is that Italy gets it in January, and then “by spring” it is nearly everywhere else. So maybe we won’t have to wait so long.
I do like The One, its got this soft prettiness to it. The flankers though I can hardly smell.
I wonder if it’s getting cues from Madonna’s Truth or Dare, similar notes but the D&G has bergamot up top. Also, Scarlet Johansson doesn’t look like herself in the ad, more like some waif model. I like her usual siren look better, this looks photoshopped or otherwise odd.
I don’t recognise her either. Its like they photoshopped the personality out!
They’ve made her look so slim I can almost see Keira Knightley in the face/chin.
