Robin, I like the intense version of The Beat as well. To me, it’s entirely different than the eau de parfum.

I’m not a fan of any of the women’s Burberry’s – but The Beat is probably my fave if I had to pick. I still wouldn’t wear it though…

I don’t see anything exciting or artistic from his recent creations.

He’s not what I’d think of as a “perfumista’s perfumer” — he has had huge mainstream successes but doesn’t tend to do the kind of niche scents that attract perfumistas.

That’s what I was thinking when I read his list. None of them are really for me – but they all seem to be quite successful ones. My daughter sure does love The Beat. Oh, & I would like to try Eau Mega.

Thank you for saying graciously what I was going to say rudely. “Not a perfumista’s perfumer”–perfectly said.

He does look proud of himself, though, doesn’t he? I think he went to the Tom Ford School of Smugness.

Can I have his phone muber? I blame him for a scrubber and long headache because of Dior Homme, but I would allow him to take me out for dinner ;-) looks handsome *gg*
