Biotherm Eau Pure ~ new fragrance

Biotherm Eau Pure Body MistBiotherm has introduced Eau Pure, a new fragranced body mist:

The inspiration? A mist reminiscent of strong, powerful torrents of fresh spring water in a cascade of clear, clean, revitalizing fragrance notes.

Eau Pure was developed by perfumer Nathalie Lorson, and features notes of grapefruit, lemon, lime, kiwi, rhubarb, lotus, green tea, moss, patchouli and musk.

Biotherm Eau Pure is available in 100 ml Body Mist, 200 ml Invigorating Shower Gel and 200 ml Vivifying Perfumed Body Milk. (via press release from Biotherm)

Sounds lovely and very similar to the Marc Jacobs 10 oz. spray eau de toilettes. (Ivy and Grass and Pear being my favorites!) Wonder if Biotherm thought of giving away a funnel and 1 oz travel bottle for the purse like Marc Jacobs did? Simply because this is a product that clearly has to be spritzed often throughout the day and putting a large bottle in my already overloaded purse would not be an option. Still, I am tempted to try this one as I am into summer light fragrances at the moment.

It is very light and tangy-fruity. I haven't really tested it for lasting power, but so far as I know it doesn't come with anything for travel…

I was given a sample of this a few weeks ago and I rather like it. I guess it is something like the Marc Jacobs Splashes. (I also love the Grapefruit and the Pear, and love the funnel and small bottle I was given when I purchased my huge bottle of Splash).
I just sprayed some of the Eau Pure on to check the lasting power.
We have had some really hot days so far this year, and the only thing I have been wearing is my Marc Jacobs Grapefruit (or the Pear). It would be nice to have another choice on the hottest days this summer.

I tried the Eau Pure this afternoon again, and thought it probably beat out at least most of the MJ in terms of lasting power. But it's fruitier than I usually like, so probably not for me.

In Prague we already have this in the stores for the past two months. Not bad, but I'd still take Lancome Aroma Tonic or Clarins Eau Dynamisante ou Eau Ensoleillante.

Eau Pure has undertones of air freshener on me.

We always get everything last these days :-)
