West Side, the latest perfume for women from Bond no. 9, will launch on November 1. The inspiration? The musical heritage of the West Side of New York City, “home to Carnegie Hall, Tin Pan Alley, the Cotton Club, the Copacobana, Birdland, Lincoln Center, Studio 54, and S.O.B.’s”. West Side was created by perfumer Michel Almairac of Robertet, and features rose, ylang ylang, peony, sandalwood, amber, musk and vanilla. (via Bond no. 9)

Also coming in early November, RSVP, a fragrance for men from Kenneth Cole:
The fragrance, concocted by Frank Voelkl of Firmenich, has top notes of lavender, grapefruit, pepper and wet grass; a heart of iris, orchid and cedarwood, and a drydown of sandalwood, patchouli, vetiver and soft cashmere.
RSVP will be fronted by rock star Bon Jovi, who is also designing a collection of jackets for the Kenneth Cole label. RSVP will be exclusive to Saks and Kenneth Cole boutiques before expanding into wider distribution next year. (via Women's Wear Daily) Kenneth Cole RSVP is available in 50 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette and in Aftershave Splash.
