Alexander McQueen will launch MyQueen this fall:
The fragrance has been developed around four, instead of three olfactory levels, signed Anne Flipo and Dominique Ropion of IFF. Suave notes of sweet almond and violet open the scent, which settle into an accord of orange flower absolute, white musk, heliotrope and white flowers. This leads to notes of patchouli, cedar and vetiver ending on iris and vanilla accords. (via cosmeticnews)
Alexander McQueen MyQueen is available in Eau de Parfum (35, 50 and 100 ml), Parfum (15 ml), Shower Gel and Body Lotion.
Coming this September, limited edition packaging of J’Adore by Christian Dior called Adoration en Or. Same juice, new bottle. (via parfumessence)

I'm not a fan of Anne Flipo's and Dominique Ropion's creations but it will be interesting to smell if they are indeed able to isolate the iris and vanilla for the drydown without the patchouli totally contaminating the iris.
Let's hope this one does not smell like sweat! LOL!

I'm intrigued by this new McQueen scent – can you guess why?!? I was hoping to get to try it at Saks this weekend, but alas, I did not.

On a more serious note, did Saks expect to have it in store?

I also loved the Truly (Birmingham) teal laydown bottle, and if I had come even close to liking it, I would have bought that one. But I didn't.
I like pretty bottles too!! Can't always tell from a picture but I'll be interested to see these in person.
The Truly bottle is lovely. I haven't yet tried the juice but not hearing raves so far.
