I’m wearing the original Gucci Pour Homme (2007 2003, and not to be confused with Gucci Pour Homme II or Gucci by Gucci Pour Homme!), which Kevin said reminded him of the Japanese traditional incense blends he uses: simple combinations of woods and subtle spices. Maître Parfumeur et Gantier scented sachet

What fragrance did you pick for today? If you own a bottle, tell us if you’ll replace it if you ever drain it. If you don’t own a bottle, tell us if you think you’ll ever buy it.

I’m wearing Maître Parfumeur et Gantier Eau Pour Le Jeune Homme. I do love this one and I should wear it more often, but since I don’t seem to, no, I won’t replace it. On the other hand, I don’t think I’ll ever drain it. It’s 90 ml and still a little more than half full.

Old Spice Man on a horse

Do share your scent of the day if you have a free minute or two.

I’m wearing Old Spice. I always forget how long Old Spice has been around: it launched in 1937, the same year as Schiaparelli Shocking and Lanvin Pretexte and Lancôme Peut-Être. I wish the Old Spice folks would do a luxury version (not too luxury, just maybe spend some money on the raw materials) and I wish they’d bring back the Old Spice Man.
