With Love Hilary Duff launched this fall under the Elizabeth Arden label. It is the first scent from the singer/actress (if you are as out of it as I am, here is her Wikipedia entry), who reportedly started working on her fragrance by…
…smelling more than 100 single notes before narrowing her choices down to 10, including amber. “I discovered that everything I really loved was [in] a warm Oriental,” she said. (via Women’s Wear Daily, 7/21/2006)
With Love is a mossy woods fragrance developed by perfumers Rodrigo Flores-Roux and Stephen Nilsen of Quest, and includes notes of mangosteen fruit, exotic spices, chai latte, mangosteen blossom, cocobolo wood, balsam, incense, amber milk and amber musk.

The website for With Love Hilary Duff now features a video of Hilary Duff. You can get an invitation to see it by signing up with your name and email address. The invitation then promises "an exclusive video about the making of my new fragrance", but what they really mean is "an exclusive video about the making of my new fragrance advertising"; it is just shots of Duff posing in various outfits.

Teen pop star Hilary Duff will launch her first fragrance, With Love Hilary Duff, this fall under the Elizabeth Arden label. The fragrance was created by perfumers Rodrigo Flores-Roux and Stephen Nilsen: "Top notes are of mangosteen fruit and spices; the scent’s heart is also of mangosteen blossom and cocobolo wood, and its drydown includes amber milk and amber musk."
