UK-based Scent Systems has launched a new range of natural perfumes developed by perfumer George Dodd. The line debuts with a collection of 5 floral fragrances, all in Parfum (extrait) concentration:

Jasmine (shown) ~ "Our jasmine perfume is of character and strength. If you are fated to respond to the erotic siren call of jasmine; then our entirely natural jasmine perfume will electrify you." Notes include heather, pineapple, verveine, basil, jasmine, natural aldehydes, broom, lavender, rose, orange flower, vanilla, vetivert, plant musk and lovage...

Each day, she dipped in a tub laced with a confection of blanched sweet almonds, pine nuts, linseed, marshmallow root and lily bulb, then rubbed her body clean with a sachet of bran.
