Salvador Dali

Salvador Dali (1904-1989) was a Spanish artist best known for his surrealist paintings. In the early 1980s, Jean-Pierre Grivory convinced Dali to design a perfume bottle and lend his name to the perfume; Grivory’s company, Cofinluxe, still holds the license for the Salvador Dali perfume line.

The first fragrance was Salvador Dali (1983). It was followed by, among others, Salvador Dali Pour Homme (1986), Laguna (1991), Dalimix (1996), Daliflor (1999), Rubylips (2004) and Eau de Rubylips (2005).
