Bunch o’ limited edition collector bottles 2014, part 17

More limited edition collector fragrance bottles, with the usual disclaimers: in most of these cases, the juice is unchanged, just the bottle is “special” (or not, as the case may be), and some of these may not be available in the US. Today's post includes special editions from Loewe, Hermès, Serge Lutens and Azzaro.

Is it just me, or does the Hermes bottle look the same? I can’t tell it apart from the original.

    • monkeytoe says:

It looks like the le bottle has a silver side or bezel-like thing.

      • Robin says:

Yep. It’s not the most fantastic collector bottle they’ve done for Merveilles.

  2. sayitisntso says:

Serge just produced 15 bottles? Seriously? No doubt they’ll each cost a gazillion dollars, right? *sigh*

    • melissa says:

I would not be mad about a thinkpiece about the 15 people who end up buying one, and their reasons.

    • Robin says:

You know, I have no idea what the engraved export bottles usually go for. It can’t be as bad as the engraved bell jars…

  3. Marjorie Rose says:

Azzaro “dressed up for the holidays. . .” ?!
Ack! I’m barely coming to grips with the end of the summer and the start of another school year!

  4. kindcrow says:

Those large-wheeled bicycles remind me the 1960s TV show The Prisoner. Such good show. The remake in the early 2000s with Jim Caviezel was an abomination. Yeah, Kindcrow. Tell us how you really feel.

    • kindcrow says:

Seems like my righteous indignation over The Prisoner remake led me to skip basic words like “of” and “a.” Or, it could be sleepiness … :-)
