My favourite incense is Amouage Dia Man. Simply adore it, and I had never really enjoyed a masculine fragrance before. There are several note listed, but what hooks me is the frankinsense.
I’m afraid I’ve never had the pleasure of trying any Aftelier perfumes so can’t answer a).
b) At the moment, it’s Youth Dew Amber Nude body cream: it’s delicious.
c) CDG Avignon. It’s so pure and clean – and true.

My favourite incense fragrance is Incense Extreme – on my boyfriend! Favourite scented body product? Perhaps Body Shop’s Brazil Nut Butter. And I haven’t yet tried an Aftelier!
Right now my favorite scented body product is a Shea butter sugar scrub that is amazing nutty-sweet. I haven’t smelled any Aftels (yet — call it a 2013 resolution, especially as I’ll be on the West Coast multiple times!

My favorite Aftelier arrogance is Sepia; it’s an amazing perfume on many levels, and the first one that ever lived up to it’s “backstory” for me.
My favorite scented body product is the absolutely stunning Kashmir Rose Neck and Décolleté Whipped Frosting by Laurie Stern at Velvet and Sweet Pea.
My favorite incense perfume is Jubilation 25, though it’s probably not a straight-up incense fragrance per se, it’s the frankincense in it that makes me swoon.

a) I have just received my batch of Aftelier samples and Sepia is the early favourite.
b) If hands count, then Jurlique Rose hand cream.
c) Incense is relatively new territory for me, but I have enjoyed SSS Incense Pure and L’Artisan Passage D’Enfer. CdG series is also great, I almost think I need Zagorsk just because of the evocative name.
Strangely I think it was the Samsara body creme a friend passed on. Not a fan of the perfume itself but the creme made me feel like a Rich Lady…

I usually use unscented body products to avoid conflict with perfumes, but will be experimenting with these in the future as a way to hopefully keep fragrances close to home enough not to bother coworkers – will be heading back out into corporate America in the not-too-distant future (ack!)
Favorite incense fragrances are the new Agonist, Black Amber (incense plays a supporting role to the amber) – just gorgeous! Also love Messe de Minuit and, of course, Avignon.

I can’t answer a. because I haven’t tried any yet, but b. is either like all the Pure Fiji sugar rubs or good old Angel body lotion and c. is CDG Avignon or Bond No. 9 Chinatown, which is more of a gourmand incense, really, but I still love it. Also, in regard to b., I just tried Pacifica’s body butter for the first time and am loving the Italian Blood Orange under Hermes Ambre Narguile. It is so festive.
What fun! I’m sad to say I’ve actually never tried an Aftelier fragrance, but they’ve always intrigued me. Favorite scented body product is really hard to say- there are so many!- but I think I’m gonna go old-school and say Youth-Dew bath oil. It is somewhat softer than the EDP and a few drops in the bath never fail to make me feel like the Queen of Sheba. Favorite incense fragrance…maybe a tie between CDG Zagorsk and Donna Karan Black Cashmere (maybe not strictly an incense fragrance, but I think there’s enough in there to count!)

well I love Leonard Cohen and I just saw him live in NYC on 12/18 &. he still has it! I’d love to smell him, lol. Aftelier is my #1 most want to try line- sadly, it hasn’t happened yet. I don’t wear many scented body products, but I like the Santa Maria Novella body washes and Dermalogica deodorant (non-aluminum and non-offensive, which seems to be a strangely infrequent combination). I haven’t tried any Aftelier scents yet, but everything Mandy Aftel does sounds wonderful. My favorite scented body product is the bargain-basement wonder that is Yves Rocher Comoran Ylang body wash. CdG Avignon is my favorite incense perfume, narrowly beating out YSL Nu, L’Artisan Dzongkha, Heeley Cardinal, Caron Parfum Sacre, and the bazillion other incensey scents I have on hand at any given time.
I’v been exploring body oils and it happens that my favourite scented body product is a body oil – Nuxe’s Huile Prodigieuse. Love!

My favourite scented body product is either Youth Dew Bath Oil or the sadly discontinued Birthday Suit from Origins. Fave incense is a tough one as I love many but at the moment I’d have to say either Avignon, Black Cashmere or La Fumeé.

I am a huge fan of the Aftelier line. I love Oud Luban in the new liquid extrait form (on my holiday wish list). I have a few of her 2 ML parfums and I am pleased with their longevity and how they develop. My favorite was Memento which is now retired.

I adore the Chocolate and Saffron Body Oil and I can’t wait to try this one. As for Aftelier fragrances, I’ve only tried a few, but Tango is wonderful.
My current favorite body product is Shea Moisture Organic Raw Shea Butter baby oil rub. It is a great body oil for the cold of winter, helps my eczema and dry skin and smells lightly of myrrh and frankincense.
I’ve just discovered the wonderful world of perfumes this month so don’t have any favorites in the categories listed. I’ve just tried about ten sample sizes of niche perfumes that I ordered, and am looking forward to trying more and discovering favorites.

I do like Mandy Aftel’s Haute Claire and the way it shifts between strong green and soft floral.
I love Shalimar lotion and often wear it to sleep. Also enjoy Narciso Rodriguez for Her body cream and on a very different note, Le Labo Rose 31 lotion.

So far I like Tauer Incense Extreme, and recently have received Seville A L’Aube which is orange blossom firstly, but with a hum of incense underneath it. I just read The Perfume Lover, which tells the story of the creation of the perfume. Great read.

My current favorite body product is Spuma di Sciampagna talc. I just picked up a bottle at a convenience store in Italy for less than two dollars! The scent is divine and it works really well. Definitely the best cheap thrill I’ve bought in a long time.

I love Avignon by CDG, and usually wear it on Christmas eve, I love the Aftelier chefs essences!
My favorite incense fragrance is Black Cashmere, with Timbuktu a close second.
Lumiere is the only Aftel scent I’ve tried (though I think I’d love Cepes and Tuberose), I like to use coconut oil as an all over moisturizer simply because it smells so fantastic, and my favorite incense is CdG Jaisalmer.
A. I’ve only tried a few Aftelier fragrances but so far my favorite is Haute Claire. I really want to try Cepes & Tuberose and the new Wild Roses and Oud Luban.
B. I don’t use a lot of scented body products but I have some nice calendula lotion from Bath Junkie that I scented.
C. My favorite incense is either CdG Kyoto or Ouarzazate. I also like L’Air du Desert Marocain and Aftelier Amber.

As for incense perfumes I can comment on, I have soft spots for Avignon and Chanel No 22, and I can say Ciro Acclaim and Jovan Frankincense and Myrrh are lovely too, if you can score tiny samples.

My favorite incense fragrance is CDG Zagorsk; I also love YSL Nu and L”Artisan Dzongkha. My favorite body product is Iris Poudre body butter by FM. Haven’t had a chance to try any of Mandy Aftel’s creations yet but looking forward to it! Thanks for the draw.
Have never had the opportunity to try anything from Aftelier, so thank you for this chance. This holiday, I have been slathering on the Caldrea Ginger and Pear lotion– it just fits the season so well.
Incense Rosé by Tauer Perfumes is definitely my favorite incense perfume. It’s dry and “incensy” while at the same time succulent, juicy and warm. How that’s possible? One should just try it and will know

Have never had the fortune to try an Aftelier product, but very very curious! Fave scented body product: (in the interest of full disclosure, I don’t use all that many scented body products. just perfume, but …) easily Annick Goutal’s Crème Splendide, which I confess I do love a lot. And fave incense perfume, which I can’t get enough of at the moment, is CDG Avignon. Love!
Favourite incense: Heeley Cardinal, although it would be a close run with the similar but difficult to find M.Micallef’s Shanaan. The wave of frankincense can take me back to church in the swing of a thurible. Then comes the clean waft of linen, amber and labdanum into a gorgeous drydown. It’s a true incense lover’s perfume, and doesn’t have the (to me at least) unpleasant earthy note of CdG Avignon.

I have never tried Aftelier products. My favorite scented body product of all time was from an Israeli company, whose name escapes me, but the name of the product was “Angel Face.” It was incredible. Nothing compares. A beautiful, heavy neroli fragrance. It was all pure, natural oils and essential oils.
My favorite incense perfume is probably Incense Extreme, by Andy Tauer. I could sit in a corner all day, huffing that stuff from a bag.
Hmmm… favorite scented body product? Nivea cream. The scent brings back memories of long-ago Christmases with my mom’s side of the family.
