If it’s out there, Dior will find it

A new 60 second spot for Christian Dior J’Adore, narrated by Charlize Theron.

Below the jump, the 22 minute (!) film; from the brand’s description: “From Grasse to India, Murano to Paris, follow the fragrance trail of J’adore, where creation comes to life. Luxuriant and sophisticated, J’adore L’absolu sublimely enhances the intensity and sensuality of its floral notes in a perfume in which flower absolutes harmoniously combine: sweet and vibrant Damask rose, seductive and luminous Arabian jasmine, and powerful and voluptuous Indian tuberose.”

Is this a new parfum version? The LEs Absolue and L’Or have been very good so if this is handled properly …

(New) Miss Dior parfum is okay but isn’t luxe ingredients. I suppose the price point of the J’Adore parfum might hint if it’s better quality ingredients.

I am sorry but I’m not sure. They have done so many concentrations and LEs that I can’t keep them straight.

The original 1999 J’Adore was the scent of pure happiness. Calice Becker is so masterful at creating intense beauty and lightness. The Absolue is good but relatively stolid. I’ll try the parfum if I have a chance.

Brad narrating for Chanel 5, Charlize narrating for J’adore.. Dior is watching Chanel very closely.
And didn’t see the pure perfume version lately in the shops, so I suppose it’s a generic ad for the J’adore franchise.
