Huh. Ugandan vanilla rather than Malagasy Vanilla? (I’m sure I can’t tell the difference, but it’s sort of curious that they’d not use the better-hyped variety from Madagascar). In any case, would be happy to try another vanilla scent.
I think they are working on ethical sourcing…and if memory serves, that DKNY Drop of Vanilla thing (can’t remember the name now) also worked with a women’s cooperative in Uganda?
It’s a little sad that even though I have all the vanillas in the world, my first thought was “Ooo, a new vanilla. I’ll have to try that!”
Not sure what I’ll think of a vanilla that starts with bergamot, but certainly willing to sniff this.
Unseencenser, I’m the same way. I have just about every vanilla, but still hold out hoping to find another magic one. Do you have any favorites?
Hey, Shalimar is bergamot + vanilla! So not a bad idea.
I love the way Rem does Patchouli. I will be very curious to try this one and I have a strong suspicion it will be very good.
I really liked one of the Rem Patch flankers, I think the Elixir.
