Davidoff Champion Energy ~ new fragrance

Davidoff Champion Energy

Davidoff will launch Champion Energy in July. The new fragrance for men is a flanker to last year’s Champion.

Like Champion, Champion Energy was developed by perfumer Aurelien Guichard. The notes include grapefruit, bergamot, galbanum, fresh spices, cedar and oak moss.

Davidoff Champion Energy will be available in 30, 50 and 90 ml Eau de Toilette and in matching grooming products.

The bottle looks like those canisters you put your money/checks/etc into at the drive-thru lane at the bank.

I think it is to be a depiction of a dumbbell, as in one what uses at a gym.

      Ha, yes it does!

Oh, the effort that goes into trying to package fragrances to men with the most iconic “macho imagery”

Yet another ironically funny bottle. It’s really stupid.

Now THAT’S an ugly fragrance bottle.
How appropriate that it is a “dumbbell”.
Davidoff seems to be targeting that particular demographic profile.
    ;)

That bottle looks like one of those “shake” weights that are sooo pornographic and yet intended to tone the arms.

I had to google shake weights, LOL. The official video has 2.7 million hits, and the parody has 700,000. Looks like Davidoff is aiming for a promising market!
