CEW (Cosmetic Executive Women) held their annual beauty awards on Friday. The winners for this year’s awards in fragrance are:
Women’s Scent Prestige ~ Gucci Guilty
Women’s Scent Mass ~ Beyoncé Heat
Men’s Scent ~ Chanel Bleu de Chanel

I received a free sample of Gucci Guilty with a Sephora purchase and tried it for the first time today. My first whiff immediately made me think of 1980s big hair and shoulder pads – a giant power fragrance. No wonder those executives like it.
I understand it’s selling, so they’re not the only ones!
I don’t know what I was thinking the day I bought Beyonce Heat and I’m surprised to see its won an award, mind you I haven’t tried the other finalists in the mass market category. It has way too much peach for even my tastes and after that fades, not much lasting power.
Sorry it doesn’t work for you, that’s too bad.
