Just tried this at Sephora. I don't think it's clean at all! But it smells like *something* else? Maybe Bulgari bois de jasmin? It's nice, and the price point is good, but I don't think the promo descriptions are accurate. It's heavy, like an anvil, with an enduring, single, top note of jasmine. Mid-notes are still jasmine, with a little soap. Is that considered "clean?" I thought clean was more aldehydelic. Anyway, it's not nearly as bad as I feared, but too heavy for me to use as an everyday. As an evening scent, it's not complex enough. It might work layered with something woody.

Ahem, for the record, I believe I have read that Angelina Jolie wears Bulgari's Black, which I wear. A little catty note, there.

I can honestly say that I am not a fan of another flowery, beachy non-scent launched by a mediocre actress with a perma-tan. Everything about Jennifer Aniston is safe (when is the last time she changed her hair?!?!?) so I would be very surprised if this is any good, lackluster career aside. Oh, but a last dig: why does she think every character she plays needs to have the endearment "honey" in their vocab to address their friends? Just a non-perfume related nitpick. Ahem again.

I sure hope this makes its way to the US! The notes sound just fine to me! I grew up watching Friends & I used to think Rachel, Jennifer of course, was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen! She's still stunning of course! I really am looking forward to trying this. : )

Plus a pointed toe or lifted heel like this gives the illusion of longer legs and thinner calves and ankles. Like high heels.

Isn't that the recipe for Tide? Don't get me wrong, I like Tide, but I was reading a review by Kevin in which he wrote that he also likes the fragrance but he interacts with Tide on a daily basis and doesn't really feel the need to wear it on his skin. Actually , fresh, Tide scented laundry is still something of a novelty to me as I lived for many years with someone who was totally anti-scent. EVERYTHING had to be unscented and all household linens (sheets, blankets, towels, kitchen towels, etc.) had to be white so they could be bleached so he knew they were "sanitary." He actually wanted to launch a complaint against our downstairs neighbours cooking bacon because we could smell it in our apartment. You can imagine what how much work it was to keep up with the litter boxes of three indoor cats using only unscented cat litter.

Yes, I definitely get soapy from Caleche, but at least when I wear Hermes, I feel like I've taken a bath in expensive bubble bath in a 24k-gold-veined marble tub previously owned by Madame du Pompadour in a penthouse suite at the Ritz Paris! lol

And Caleche...which is clean in it's own way. Or at least, somewhat soapy.
