Thanks for the suggestions, although I don’t usually like melon, Therese is one of my all time favorites!

Believe me, being the snob I am I never thought I’d be looking for something ‘light, accessible and fruity’, I’m a perfumista in reverse! Not really though, just trying to round out my wardrobe.

Oh, only impossible vintage things, though I might break down and buy a current bottle of Bois des Iles in parfum. I think the problem with Mythique for me is that it’s a sleeper. I keep thinking — “wow, I never would have thought I’d like this.” And: “I’m not even sure I can smell the middle of it, it’s so subtle.” And yet, I think about it when I’m not wearing it and my decant has drained in a flash so clearly it is a favorite. I think. LOL!

I like to use Kenzo Amour on my pillows and sheets, too – that’s another great comfort scent.

I’ve also used both of them as linen water – sprayed them lightly on (colorfast) clothing while ironing. Yumm…. my shirts (and closet) smell fantastic. Of course, then I either have to wear a coordinating scent that day or not wear anything at all.

Reading on my iPhone is actually one of the things that convinced me that yes, I would read on-the-go if I had something with me and yes, I needed a bigger screen. I can see the iPhone fine and I do read the NY Times on it all the time, it’s just that I have to scroll pages too frequently to comfortably read a book on it.

Daisy is another ereader lover – she’s had hers for a lot longer than I have and uses it all the time.
