First-hand bulb-atomizer account: I had one years ago, and the alcohol in the fragrance evaporated, and I was left with a syrupy goo. This happened in a pretty short amount of time–say, several months. I would strongly recommend against one.

Yes, I just got a notice this morning that I won another vintage Shalimar in the rosebud bottle. I placed a low bid on it a while ago and then promptly forgot about it. Those usually sells for twice what I’m paying for it, but this makes two sealed rosebud bottles of Shalimar. Ah, well. I am buying them to wear, so I guess I can rest assured that I won’t run out any time soon.
