Scarlett sure is beautiful. She looks like she’s from another era. I don’t hold out much hope for the fragrance though. I generally like rose, but haven’t cared for any of the D&G’s so far.

I liked Rose The One much better than The One, but still can’t say I loved it.

Oh, and her husband’s not too shabby either. ;-)

Isn’t that Ryan Reynolds? Yep, he’s’ a hottie…. She is beautiful, but I like her in softer makeup, like in this video.
Is the rose overpowering, or more like a soft green rose?

Agree, Scarlett is lovely – AND talented. I admit that I picked up D&G Rose The One in Belk’s last week for a test sniff, largely because of the ad campaign. Here is where I once again pledge my love for fluffy pink chiffon (no, I don’t actually wear it!) and all things girly.

    Verdict: Booooooo-ring.

It has a very “mainstream crowd-pleaser” feel, but I did think it was better than The One. D&G really does go for boring though, in general.

So I guess Crabby PMS Lady is the only one who can’t stand Scarlett. Well, whatever. I sniffed this recently, too, and I will have to concur with Mal’s verdict, just because I don’t even remember having a response to it.

If it makes you feel better, my sister is avowedly, unabashedly Anti-Scarlett, so you aren’t alone.

I can take or leave her, although I must say, the whole ScarJo-Reynolds-Morisette thing seemed a bit shady. In her defense though, she seems to cultivate that fine line between bombshell/tramp with aplomb. I’ll take that over LiLo’s strumptastic shenanigans any day ‘o’ the week.

      As for this frag: Meh.

I don’t have any big opinion about her either way. She’s gorgeous here though!

I think I just don’t like most celebrities in general. (Well, all the ones I love are long dead.)

I think she’s gorgeous. I saw her last winter ducking into L’Occitane in the Village (I wonder what she bought!). She looks radiant without make up.

she better never forget her “One”. there are enough people lining up for a piece of her “One”.

    (her “One” being Ryan Reynolds…)

I had never heard of him before today, but now at least I know who he is….

Forget the fragrance–I want that bedroom/hotel room! Gorgeous! Anyway, I like the idea of showcasing rose in anything and despite this being a mainstream blend, rose will add a tinge of nostalgia to it. I’m guessing this will be similar to “Bvlgari Rose Essentielle”, at least in feeling. I’ll try “Rose The One”.

And even though this has been said a million times before, it’s nice to see healthy-skinny actresses peddling beauty products to women, rather than two-weeks-in-the- casket-skinny ones.

I thought it was BOOOOring. She does look nice though. None of D&G’s fragrances smell good on me (Light Blue esp.), so there’s no love lost.

There’s a longer version & perhaps it’s more interesting, but haven’t seen it in English yet.

There is something i don’t like about scarlett, i don’t know but she makes me think of a locked up victorian aged women who is barren. (i know, weird) I want to smell this perfume, i’m sure it’s better than ‘The One” that smelt like a givenchy rip off.

It’s nicer than The One, agree. Still don’t love it.
