Just tried this the other day. Fabulous stay power and delicious dry down. I’ve put an order in for the next shipment. I couldn’t stop sniffing my wrist. I was told it was a limited edition – I hope it wasn’t hype (didn’t have to put a deposit down though).

I recently tried the CSPs and they are quite nice – I ordered the Nomaoud, it had a wonderful drydown, woody and spicy and a bit sweet. And only $110 for 100ml! They are similar in feel to the Montales, but less medicinal and I think easier to wear.

Oh that’s too bad, because those are my 2 favorites from Montale, every time i wear the Red Aoud, people will compliment on it wanting to know what the gorgeous fragrance is i am wearing, even though i must say, that when i first applied it, i found it strange and repulsive, but totally adored the dry down. I guess everybody truly has their own taste.

i must be sour today. i remember being totally unimpressed by Montale’s Red Oud and White Oud. and i LOVE oud! oh well…….

Holy smokes, ordered it from Colette Paris 2 days ago on the 17th and it arrived today via DHL, now thats what i call freaky fast service. Now to the fragrance I LOVE IT, this is a gorgeous Oud fragrance, not heavy and deep and dark, but has a resemblance to the Montale Red and White Aoud. Smells very similar. So if you like those, this will be a winner with you.
All i can say Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful.
