Sensious is totally a Vasyliya Blazhennogo Cathedral on Red Square in Moscow))) http://www.hopealaska.org/images/3Landmark.jpg

I wonder if they hope that it will be a best seller here:)

    Maybe Sensuos already is.

The bears for pleasures also look very russian:) Pleasures is really a big seller here)))))

Yes, it is! I have no idea how widely these are distributed — do you see them locally?

No, not yet. Estee Lauder is really slow when it comes to delivering new products to Russia.

They are all so bautiful, gorgeous little treasures. The garden cameo isn't that expensive, but if it only had Youth Dew Amber Nude in it, not just the Youth Dew…

That one's a goner, sorry! But there are more $85 compacts if you go to esteelauder.com.

Guessing some of these will sell REALLY well for the holidays. Love the cathedral and the bears. Can I get me some CdG Zagorsk in that Cathedral Square? HA!

Hey, wouldn't that be perfect? And then Kyoto in a Japanese temple, Avignon in a replica of the cathedral…and so on and so forth.

Oddly enough I was born in Zagorsk:)

    But never smelled the perfume

I hunted all of them down on the web sites for the retailer, ie Saks, Neiman's etc and I even called to double check and alas the new Private Collection Amber Ylang is not going to be in a compact. I am so bummed out b/c its my new fave daytime scent! I was all set to ask Santa! Can you tell I am totally pouting! They are all gorgeous but I don't really care for the other scents except the 2 Private Collection ones – grrrrrrr!!

I had my heart set on the shopper bag one – it's to die for! Soc cute! Do you think you can take out the scent it comes with and put something else in? I think if I asked the SA, she'd have my head…LOL!

That's too bad — the one they did for Tuberose Gardenia was lovely, and surprised they aren't using that same compact w/ the darker stones.

You mean the Saks one, right? That's adorable. It's been out for awhile, so hope they aren't running out of stock.

No idea how you'd put something else in there though!

Oh I had no idea they were out before this- yes -its at Saks exclusively I guess. But why oh why do they have Sensous and Beautiful hogging all the compacts? Where is the marketing person on this? the PC scents are sooo nice and what a great way to push them – they really missed the boat on that idea!.

I really wanted to like Sensous but on me its way too woodsy – very, very masculine to me and well, I am a girly-girl!

All of the ones shown in the post above are new for Holiday 08, but some of the compacts you see in the stores are older designs. They did do a compact for the first PC scent, but I think it was limited edition.
