We exchanged several emails, and his suggestions were right on, including one containing musk, which usually doesn't work for me--but in his blendings, it is wonderful. He new my skin via email better than I did! I'm about to order Swoon, which loves my skin, even in hot weather. Neil is a delight to work with, and amazingly approachable.
