If it is not this, I'd be a little far-fetched and would say that this voice reminds me of "Modest Mouse"'s leading vocal... but I think it is too much for this case. Perhaps they recorded another version (with new lyrics) or a song inspired by The Velvet Underground (velvet, get it?) for her fragrance ad? I could be completely wrong.
