The former was a spicy, dark, yet surprisingly subtle type of rose, which faded quite fast on me, and the Green was intensely green to start with, like Chanel No 19 on acid - or "grass" even?! I would describe the range as quite abstract and modern on the whole and unlike anything I have tried before. Liked them both, not sure I loved either. I wish I could remember what else I tried and didn't like, but I am liable to get muddled with PG, of which Ilang Ivohibe was probably my favourite, not least for its name! I tried Amouage Gold in Harrods and some neat oud oils which were strange, though Gold was lovely, if a little "big" for me. The perfume equivalent of an Idol contestant doing a Whitney song, you could say. Anyway, I missed this Homage one, but it was at the end of my marathon, so my attention span was flagging!
