Will skip Mexx and give Kenzo a try.

Those Kenzo boxes look a bit desperate to me..

Weren't the 70s a bit more than 20 years ago?

OK, I get it–20 years as a perfume house, but a fashion house since the 70s. The whole thing looks kind of odd to me, given the sleek look of their current perfumes.

    Oh, I like the boxes!

The bottle is sleeker than it looks in that picture, but still, you're right that it has a very different feel than the rest of the line. Could be a fun scent though, we'll see!

Think you're richt sonar. Their fashion existed already since the '70s but their perfumes since the '80s.. In that case graffitti would have been more appropriate..wouldn't it?

Robin, this sounds very similar to the “time for peace” limited editions frags, specially the men's (according to the basenotes description of the notes).

Near my house there is a bottle of “time for peace” ona perfume shop, unopened..I think I will check out ebay to see if I can make a difference on that one :D

    Regards

    P.

I do, too, though at first, quick glance I thought they were cereal boxes (wasn't paying close attention:-)

Really? I'm missing the link to the Armani.

But yes, Hugo Boss did XX & XY.

Oh duh, for some reason, I thought you meant the Kenzo bottle was like the Armani. Yes, the Mexx bottles are!

Nice to see someone is tapping into the dissociative disorder market.

Nice and Wild? What about Nice and Mean? There needs to be more mean fragrances on the market.
The Kenzo Vintage Edition packaging looks like Prince's dream image of his sequel to 3121. It looks like an 80's interpretation of the flower power era.

It's funny that the new frag is called “Vintage Edition.” Plus, do you think they want folks to buy more than one bottle to collect the boxes? If so, you'd think the bottles wouldn't be 100ml each! The notes sound interesting though.

Nah, seriously don't think so — they'd have done 4 bottles if that is what they wanted. I think (?)
