On those *rare* days when I aspire to be something other than a blond, pasty, khaki wearing, office dwelling soccer mom- I pretend I look like Salma Hayek. Who I think is entirely too interesting to be shilling Avon, but whatever…

I've never liked anything (perfume-wise) from Avon, but you never know.

She is gorgeous! I've no hope of even pretending I look like her.

I will agree that Salma did win big in the Genetic Lottery, but I don't see her as someone who even wears Avon, much less look at it.
All I can say is that Avon must have written her an EXTREMELY HUGE check to be the spokesmodel.
I have an aunt that shills this stuff, and I'm sorry but I've never tried an Avon perfume that I liked. I remember getting a bottle of Avon Rare Gold from my grandmother who bought from my aunt, and I swear that it smelled EXACTLY like Rave hairspray! I haven't used it, but I haven't had the balls to say so…

That bottle is somewhat like the ones of Christian Clive and Kate Moss I think.

I am not familiar with Avon perfumes.

I'm having a hard time imagining *any* celebrity that wears Avon, if only because of the entire lack of snob appeal/prestige. I don't get to try the fragrances so can't really comment on the quality, but did hear the 2 new ones for Christian Lacroix were nice.
