People are starving to death, and we need Juicy Crittoure? Maybe I am just in a mood today.

    Sheesh, pet products?!?!

More reasons to be ashamed to admit I wear this perfume sometimes! Like the name and ad copy wasn't embarassing enough. LOL!

In my defense, I love the bottle – it is sweet (sometimes too much so) and pretty on me and I always get compliments on it. I just dread the moment when someone asks what it is: I hate to say the name! I suspect people who wear demeter's 'sex on the beach' have the same problem!

LOL — since that complaint would encompass all perfume spending, I'm voting that you're just in a mood ;-)

You know, there are a couple other high end dog fragrance lines. It's kind of funny. Would think this would one do very well, since the original scent has such a huge following. Surprised they haven't done a “people” follow-up yet, actually!

While I wouldn't go out and buy perfumed stuff for my dog…I will admit I've used samples I didn't really care for on her after her bath (clinique and such).

I will predict a new juicy scent by next Christmas, probably just in time for the holiday shopping season. Those girls are making big $$ with this – if they're smart they'll double their money by releasing it with a twist.

I know… I was thinking that I sounded hypocritical even as I wrote the above. And certainly there are lots of dogs (mine included) who could use a little help in the odor-neutralization department.

Ah well. As dogs have no say in the matter (like babies!) somehow it seems best to go with “clean” instead of “scented”, maybe? Of course, I don't have a dog so no business offering my opinion :-)

Oh I'm sure they will eventually — just surprised they waited this long!

I am not opposed to spritzing scent on my dog after he comes in from the backyard and has that “dog” scent…however, my dog's perfume preference is dead things and poo, so I don't think this would be quite to HIS liking. And he is, after all, the one who would have to wear the stuff.

I cannot help laughing at the thought of my husband's very macho German Shepherd K-9 dog sportin' the Juicy. If it beat out the funk of a wet GSD though, they might have something there………

Twitches, good point — it might smell good to us, but not to them. I could swear I read something once about dog's scent preferences, but now can't think where.
