I don't want to smell like a rose, but still this fragrance is very nice. My mother takes a little bottle of it in her purse to work. And if she has a headache instead of taking some medicine she opens the bottle and takes a sniff. She sais she is allright then. When I first tested the rose absolue sample, I was a bit worried that the Iris one would be as sweet and gourmety as the Rose one. It turned out that it was not. It was clearly floral to me, a bit drier and "cleaner"(as in no vanilla-note) than the rose one. On my way to work in the subway, I smelled it on a stranger and just could not resist myself. I had to find out what it was before I lost my chance!! So I mustered up all my courage and approached her. Needless to say, the name was burned into my brain and teased me until I could finally make it to my local Yves Rocher.
