I haven't smelled Carolina Herrera in so long that I don't know how indolic it is or not. Can you smell a tiny bit of rot, almost like a flower is on the verge of turning? That's indole. I thought it was very different smelling at first and then I realized what the scent reminded me of... those fabric softener sheets you put in the dryer!
