Not making that up. Really. I liked Insolence too, and didn't think the opening was even so nice as "fruit goo". Sounds like whatever it was (I said nail polish remover) is probably gone, along with the Guerlain-ish base, but we'll have to see. Haven't seen this one, or L'Instant Magic, in stores here yet. Angie Demon. They both look like they were made of wax. They made me giggle. I can't see the comment below me now (Tigs?) but will second it. Why on earth would they pick someone with the distinctive beauty of Hilary Swank and then make her look anonymous? Yeah, I think that's her -- it looks like her eyes -- but they've hidden her killer cheekbones and jawline. I wish she'd cut her hair short again. I always thought she looked especially hot when she was doing her androgynous thing. BTW I ended up liking Insolence a LOT, once that fruit goo at the opening blew off. She has such a distinctive, angular look, that it would seem silly to hire her, and then make her like: a) the bionic blond and b) some generic 17-year-old.
