I love the Richard James Cardamom Cologne I bought last year and should have bought up the others while they were on special offer. Still, it’s a classy smelling yet fresh, alround fragrance; one that reminds me I need not seek expensive odt to satisfy. Now that I’ve used it up, I better keep a better eye out for any future bargains of this quiet, understated scent range.

the lacoste sounds good. and if jean-michel duriez did it, it may be quite nice. i got to smell a men's scent he was working on (he was wearing it) a while back when he visited, and it was very nice. wonder if this is it.

You know, I assumed it was a woman's too — not sure why, as brown is more commonly used on men's fragrances, and strictly speaking, it isn't a terribly feminine bottle. Is it maybe the name? “Elegance” just sounds like a woman's scent to me.

I know I'm just getting my hopes up, but the new Lacoste does sound very pleasant, and it isn't a fresh oceanic scent, and Lacoste Pour Homme is an amazingly good fragrance, so I'm just going to assume that the new one is also going to be worth searching out.
Don't know about the presentation, though. When I saw the bottle and the colour of the juice, I assumed it was a women's scent. It is all very, very reminiscent of Yves Rocher's Comme Une Evidence.
