Roasted SEASHELL? as in BURNT SHELL? That can't smell good, no matter how you romaticize it – LOL!

I don't know, I must be weird, but roasted seashell and champaca sounds wonderful to me.

I need to try that, as a keen tango dancer. Does anyone know if Aftelier is available in the UK, since Scent Systems shut down?

Actually, smoky champaca sounds pretty darn good to me too.

You can buy it at Suendhaft in Germany, that is where I bought my Aftelier: http://www.suendhaft.com

The site is in German but they speak English and ship to the UK.

I took a class with Mandy Aftel earlier this year, and we used the roasted seashell essence in our perfumes: it is something that adds sexiness and smokiness to perfumes, and is fantastic.

Angel Schlessers Essential homme is still spicy and fresh like the original but deeper and more woody for those slightly macho men. I love the bottle – bold, black and makes a statement.

Thanks for the report, I never see the Angel Schlesser line here although I've tried one of the women's scents.
