I know I'm 2 years late to respond to that, but when I found Mintea I was pleasantly surprised. It's very muted and smells hardly like anything else out there. Perhaps because mint is so little used in perfume.

Ayala, it was a little more watery/fresh than I hoped, but only gave it a quick shot and never put it on skin. Will see if they still have it at sephora next I'm there & try it again. You're right there isn't enough mint…

When I first smelled Mintea for the first time, I thought it was very simular to Green Tea by Elizabeth Arden, a nice scent but neither very unique nor original. When I left it on my wrist for another few minutes – that's when the scent struck me. It had a lot more depth to it, it was a very nice eau de toilette. Unique in it's green and fresh way. It had a lot more of a “tea scent” to it than Elizabeth Arden, the mint tea plus lemon and woods make it a very interesting scent! I like it as a summer Eau de toilette and am very satissfied with it.

I have yet to find a tea scent to beat the original from Bvlgari, but as I said above, need to give this one another shot.
