Babydoll has too much of a grapefruit smell. Which is of course a nice smell, but it should drydown to a floral rose smell and on me it doesn't, but does on my daughter.

I will be interesting to see what the new version smells like.

I am always mixing up Baby Doll & In Love Again. I think Baby Doll is the sweeter of the 2, right? Since even In Love Again is sweeter than I like, I have a feeling Lucky Game won't appeal to me.

This is so odd—I've been wearing Roses des Bois for the past two days! This new Printemps sounds beautiful, too. Hillary Swank seems an unlikely face for Guerlain at first blush. Wonder what the new scent will be??

L, agree, she isn't what I would have expected. Maybe they are trying to change their image?

I saw “pear tree blossoms” and had to comment. Sounds lovely, but pear blossoms actually stink (nothing like apple blossoms)! Well, at least every blossoming pear tree I've ever sniffed has; maybe there are some varieties that smell good.

I'm sure you're right, they are probably using “artistic license” to describe a note that smells like what pear blossoms *ought* to smell like.
