Ebay and Perfumebay are still fighting over whether the name “Perfumebay” infringes Ebay’s trademark. A judge has ruled that Perfumebay can continue to use the name until the case is decided.
The sweet, syrup-like smell that puzzled New York City authorities back in October was apparently back yesterday afternoon.
