I was surprised by how much I liked this scent as I'm not typically a huge musk fan...LV changed all that for me. Additionally, after first trying 4 or 5 LV scents that I just couldn't get into (despite the fact that all my BN friends were raving about them), I was sure I wouldn't care for Musk either. But Musk, Yerbamate and Incensi all charmed me. Musk scents are difficult because they often fall into one of those dreaded ctaegories above - hairpsray, armpits, or too linear. I think LV did a great job and was saddened to see the LV line get "dismissed" on another famous fragrance blog... Complex, but...neutral and undemanding. And I mean it as a huge compliment in this case. I like LV Musk very much too because it is rather complex and slightly floral. It lasts forever. I am working through a couple of samples and I will tell you that I will not need to get a bottle.
