Coty buys Unilever fragrance business

Thank you to Tania and Marcello for forwarding the news that Coty has purchased Unilever’s fragrance business, which will be folded into Coty’s Lancaster Group Worldwide. Included in the deal are Unilever fragrance brands Calvin Klein, Cerruti, Vera Wang, Chloe, and Lagerfeld.

Coty’s existing brands include Davidoff, Celine Dion, Jennifer Lopez, Kenneth Cole, Marc Jacobs, Jovan, Vivienne Westwood, Nautica, Joop, and The Healing Garden, among others, and new fragrances are coming soon from Sarah Jessica Parker and David Beckham.
